She is a leader in capacity building and gender empowerment through education, bringing expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, analysis and strategic management to critical host nation educational needs regarding reading and writing literacy, marginalized populations, foundational academic study/professional skills for adult learners in higher ed, instructional and learning systems, country/regional/contextual education issues, technical publications, field operations and training needs.
Throughout her career, she has focused on contextual education reform, adult learner needs, youth development, marginalized learner populations (k-12 and higher education), women in education, both domestically and internationally.
