Isaac Onyango Otieno

I am a Programme Coordinator, working with communities - identifying, assessing, and documenting their needs, while partnering with organizations to develop and implement programs and projects that impact and build community resilience and bring lasting change. My programming experience spans the fields of Education, including Basic Education, Education in Emergencies, Alternative Education Systems, Early Childhood Development and Education, Vocational and Youth Training, Disability Inclusion in Education, as well as Literacy and Peace Building, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, and Education for Peace and Recovery. As a hands-on leader and Program Coordinator, I have dived deep into programming, going beyond project execution to initiate collaborations with various stakeholders, and identify funding sources to help implement and see projects into full execution and delivery. I have helped non-profits develop partnerships, resource mobilization strategies and winning proposals - forging relations with local and international organizations, Governments, State Ministries, and donors, and securing donor funding locally and internationally to enable full cycle project management and delivery.
