Isabel Madeira

I am an Organizational Development Consultant and I currently have a small consultancy company in Maputo where I operate in the HR space, namely Organisational & Leadership Development, together with some local and international strategic partners. My main work is around Personal & Leadership Development and Culture Assessment and Transformation. I’ve worked for The Pacific Institute as Project Director for 5 years and I was also on their product development team for the Portuguese speaking countries. I have over 7 years’ experience in Education, where I worked in both private and public schools. With my background knowledge in Science & Health Education and teacher training, I have been working to assist in putting programmes together for local teachers and schools. Also been helping Mozambique Young Women to upskill their Leadership and Entrepreneurial competencies.
