Monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) expert with 10 years of experience in the international development sector, working with reputable international organizations including UNICEF, The World Bank and USAID funded projects as M&E Specialist. Experience of working with NGOs based in Washington DC, USA, and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Expert in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, developing M&E frameworks, and writing project reports. Extensively used MS Excel, SPSS, Stata, Minitab, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, NVivo. MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word. Completed two master’s degrees, MS in Project Management and MS in Applied Statistics, with academic distinctions. Achieved Rector’s Award for securing 4.00/4.00 GPA in MS Applied Statistics from University of Management and Technology and achieved Gold Medal and Academic Roll of Honor for getting the first position in BSc. (Hons) in Statistics from Government College University Lahore. Proficient in English, Urdu, Punjabi and have a basic understanding of Arabic language. Possess strong project management and coordination skills. Led the team of data analysts, statistical officer, and field staff to complete various assignments and conducted extensive field monitoring to supervise data collection process to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Also coordinated with the regional teams at Europe, Eurasia, Inter-America, Arab and Asia-Pacific regions to complete the data collection in time. In the United States, attended several international conferences and events including World Bank Youth Summit 2019, International Young Leaders Assembly 2018 at The World Bank, Influence Nation Summit at National Geographic Society and HER Impact DC at Georgetown University. Also attended Global Pathfinder Summit in Charlottesville, Virginia and an Entrepreneurs Bootcamp by Invest to Innovate (i2i) in Islamabad, Pakistan. Other activities include teaching at the Global Language Network (GLN) in Washington DC, USA, and, serving as the Chair of Social and Cultural Committee at Atlas Corps. Have organized training sessions on SPSS and MS-Excel for a group of international young professionals in the United States.
