Experienced Leader, Facilitator, Presenter: the primary focus of my work is facilitating the application of implementation science and frameworks to increase the effective use and sustainability of evidence- based and proven practices in health care, education and services for children and families. I bring extensive knowledge and experience in implementation science, frameworks and strategies as well as knowledge and over 30 years of experience in organisation change and change in complex systems. In addition to my experience of the service delivery systems in Canada, I am facilitating implementation initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa, Australia, US, UK and Europe.
