James has nearly 20 years’ experience designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating global health programs in the fields of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), HIV, safe water and malaria. His areas of expertise include human centered design (HCD), social marketing, social and behavior change communications (SBCC), provider behavior change communications (PBCC), sales and distribution, interpersonal communications (IPC), organizational and individual capacity building, storytelling, fundraising, team leadership and strategic planning. A gifted public speaker, James has worked in more than 30 countries and lived in five.
