I am Engineer with more than 18 years of experience in management of different programme and/or projects in private and proven experience and team leadership in humanitarian and development sector. Specialized in implementation, evaluation, planning, coordination and management of infrastructure development programmes and projects based on sustainable development principles. The main technical and administrative experience in urban and rural infrastructure: Roads, urban planning: buildings, Water Supply and Sanitation, Environment and Energy) programming, planning, implementation and management Good knowledge and practice of tendering, contract management of development cooperation projects/programmes funded by EDF, EC, WB, ADB, UN, GIZ and KFW donors and FIDIC and evaluation based on EDF/OECD criteria: (relevance, effectiveness, sustainability, coherence, utility, efficiency)
