my experience includes a diverse work history with international non-government organizations (NGOs) and private contractors, as well as the United Nations. I hold a dual Master’s in Cultural Policy and Management (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization Chair) from the Université Lumière Lyon 2 and University of Arts Belgrade, a Master’s in social psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade University, and diploma in Peace Studies from NGO MOST (Bridge) and Alternative Academic Educational Network (AAEN). In 24 years of practice, I have worked exclusively in conflict-impacted and underdeveloped areas. My program implementation experience spans elections, peace studies, urban land finance, education, asylum seekers/refugees/internally displaced peoples/migrants, labor market support with a focus on curriculum and qualification reform, active labor market policy, career guidance to primary school students, political parties, trade unions, media and radio management, youth and gender issues, gender-based violence, female genital mutilation/circumcision and child protection, small-medium enterprises, civil society organizations, local government strengthening, as well as Knowledge, Management, Evaluation, Adaptation, Research, and Learning (KMEARL) design and implementation.
