Technical expertise in human rights, rule of law, and justice system strengthening, including designing and leading multimillion-dollar donor-funded governance, civil society strengthening, and human rights programs. Global experience including Latin America; Central and Eastern Europe; Central, South, and Southeast Asia; and the Middle East and North Africa.
