At the beginning of my career in Congo, I was working on development issues with a local NGO called SMMEC. We were in partnership with UNDP on many subjects related to youth health in High schools and Colleges.
In Benin, West Africa, I began working with CPAAD-BEN, an NGO dealing with several issues on local development.
Having responded to a call for projects launched by UNESCO on the best way to provide Internet access in remote districts in Benin, I was selected to manage the project funded not only by UNESCO, but also by UNDP and IPDC (International programme for the Development of Communication).
It was such a success that I began collaborating with UNESCO as an external Consultant, dealing with several socioeconomic projects.
While doing so, I was given the opportunity to be trained in Development and Project Management.
After this training, I have worked on many other projects such as :
- creating a Development Agency and designing its innovation policy dedicated to SMEs.
- Managing organizational transformation and Information System implementation, …
Working for the Port of Le Havre (GPMH) as a Project Manager provided me with a Strategic and holistic view of tools and methods useful for business development and organisation.
Above this, my recent graduation in Business Administration has allowed me to have competencies in Business Strategy, Finance, Process management, prospective analysis among other issues.
During my career, I have developed some qualities which appeared to be useful in my everyday work.
Thus, I have become more pragmatic, methodical, results oriented, rigorous, accountable, good negotiator and multicultural mindset
I am nowadays using these qualities, my competencies and the accumulated experience in all programmes, projects and missions I am engaged in.
