I have developed or managed programs and research in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Eastern Europe (with oversight responsibility for more than 50 million USD annually). Skills include program management, human and institutional capacity development (HICD), technical writing/editing and analysis. In-depth experience managing donor contracts and grants. My interests include: social science research/political economy analysis surrounding justice, security, public trust and confidence.
