I am a 65 years old male kenyan with a PhD in Health systems and financing and an MA in Health policy,planning and management. I have worked in the Health sector for 42 years both in the public and NGO sectors at various levels.Am currently consulting in the sector and looking for opportunities for any length of time.presently am working on strengthening health systems at the local level with the dispensary being the central focus. Also capacity building organized community groups to act as ahents of change for positive health practices and health seeking behavior
