My career goals and passions are centered around impact for those without access to basic needs such as clean water, nutrition, health care, education, clothing and shelter, usually because of the inability to afford them. It is my desire to use my experience and skills to create that access. I have a particular focus on East Africa in order to develop a broader and deeper understanding of the region so I can build on the contribution I am making. I am a developer of people and the processes and tools to support people activity. I have an unswerving dedication to clients - or those my organization is trying to impact - and I like to use data and other information to solve problems. Nothing in my job brings me more joy than to build teams and processes, iterate on failures and successes, and watch them hum more and more. I have 15 years of experience in operations management, operations innovation, business development, market research, project management, staff development, curriculum development, teaching, and leadership.
