ACHIEVEMENT As a member of the management team, I have played a pivotal role of growing up Country Programs and ensuring that resources are highly safeguarded, team members united and motivated and excellent relationship management with various stakeholders. I have managed to revamp a Finance and Administration Department as a Finance and Administration Manager by reviews and accepted proposals for policies, procedures and work ethics.
