Working in senior management position for long time I am experienced in managing various project, developing strategy, developing business plan, fund raising and fund management. I have long experience on how to make good management of government mechanisms in administering social and economic resources for the poor and marginalized. My experiences on achieving result through advocacy for policy and legal reform enable me skilled and knowledgable on developing strategy, plan, tactics and analysis policy. In my effort also having experienced promotion of civil society , managing network and approaches on influencing govt. mechanism. Few of success in creating result through advocacy is given below: • Amendment Legal Aid Act 2013 in Bangladesh by incorporating the provision of formulating legal aid committee in remote police court locally named as Chowki Court. Year Achievement: 2014. • Inclusion of the concept of reasonable accommodation following United Nation Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities(UNCRPD) in the Disabled Persons Rights & Protection Act 2013. Year of Achievement: 2013. • Incorporation of introduction of Bangladesh country programme of Save the Children into Children Text Book Board in social science book under class XII. Year of Achievement: 2014(Initiated 2012) • Incorporation of Protection Education in the classes from I to VI under National Curriculum Text Book Board (NCTB). Year of Achievement: 2014(Initiated 2011) • Incorporation of Protection Education into National Education Policy 2010. Year of Achievement: 2011 Institutional capacity building and resource mobilization is another area where I have many success. My achievement has been included proposal writing, fund management, capacitated partner organization and support to community based organization. My effort had been possible to secure amount of fund around USD: 9.5 million from 2011 to 2014.
