I excel at organisational leadership, building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams and translating complex, data-driven needs into actionable strategies that drive growth, impact, and sustainability. My work has cut across sectors including education, health, economic recovery, gender, and climate resilience, mobilizing and managing portfolios totaling over $500 million in programs across Africa, Asia, MENA, Europe, and Latin America. I’ve led teams in program design, business development, and to grow partnerships aligned with core programmatic priorities. I bring both strategic insight and operational execution—working with communities, government partnerships, institutional donors, private sector and philanthropy, to translate organisational goals into sustainable impact. My career has been shaped by a passion for equitable systems change and a commitment to cultivating inclusive teams and partnerships. I’ve advised C-suite leaders, built country and global engagement strategies, and helped scale funding pipelines for leading organizations such as Teach For All, IFRC, SOS Children’s Villages, and USAID/OTI. Currently pursuing an MSc in Global Corporations and Policy at SOAS, I hold a Bachelor of Laws and have working proficiency in French.
