Kathrine has dynamic international experience. Currently working in Nepal with youth engagement and capacity building to meet local humanitarian needs for Norwegian Red Cross. Previously she combined being an elected representative for Norwegian Red Cross Youth as vice President with graduate school and working with settlement and integration of refugees in Norway. She has experience working with unaccompanied minor refugees in Norway and on issues related to women in vulnerable situations. Learning about international relations first hand, she was a Consultant and Trainee at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi, India. Before this she worked in India as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow at Naz Foundation (India) Trust, an HIV/AIDS advocacy, care and support NGO. Additionally she has experience from Bangladesh interning at Grameen Bank and South Africa.
