Keith Effinger

Skilled federal program operations and compliance manager with experience in subcontractor management, financial management, budget, staffing, security and risk management, business process improvement, audit readiness, procurement, logistics and asset management. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005, Mr. Effinger has more than a dozen years of professional consulting, program and operations management. His federal international management experience includes assignments in Palestine, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, South Sudan, and Kenya. Clients include USAID, DoS, DoED, GSA and the Government of Canada as well as JPMorgan Chase with 9 overseas assignments. Mr. Effinger also served nearly 15 years as a US Naval Flight Officer and enlisted Marine and previously held a Top Secret security clearance and currently holds a High Public Trust.
