For the previous 16 years I worked developing markets across industry sectors typically in frontier and challenging conditions in stabilization and post-conflict countries in the Middle East, south Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and Eastern Europe. Reform efforts included rule of law initiatives that span investment and trade, intellectual property, customs and trade, civil society and creating a rules-based system for regional and international integration. I have managed and monitored contracts with donor organizations such as USAID and subcontracts.
