Kevin Starace is chief development officer at Financing for Development and the founding director of Pledge Guarantee for Health. Kevin is a specialist in strategy & business development as well as a fixture in the malaria community, Kevin serves as F4D's Chief Development Officer. Previously, Kevin served for more than a decade at the United Nations Foundation, sat on the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and acted as Vice Chair of the Roll Back Malaria Board.
