He has designed, implemented, managed and evaluated projects and capacity building activities for governments, private sector, and Civil Society Organizations (CSO). He has extensive experience in group facilitation and Competency-Based Curriculum development based on Adult Learning Theory. Mr. Peacock is a detailed oriented and self-motivated individual skilled in problem solving and working in multicultural environments that works comfortably in group settings, leading teams, or alone. Mr. Peacock is a native English and Spanish speaker.
