- More than eight (08) years of working experience in development programs Result-Based Management (RBM), Design, Resource Mobilization, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation; - Hands-on experience in leading in a participatory way the design and implementation of development projects (Migration, Gender, Climate Change, etc.) Evaluation and Performance Measurement Plans and Data Management Plan in line with internal and donor’s policies; - Proven experience in data collection systems setting up for monitoring and reporting purposes, logical framework approach and gender responsive M&E approaches; - Good knowledge of major international development agencies/institutions such as US donor agencies, UN Agencies (UNOPS, UNODC, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNDP, UNICEF, etc.) World Bank, European Union (EU), AfDB, Luxembourg, Italy, Japan, Swiss Cooperation and AFD – French Development Agency; - Strong ability to work with multicultural teams in challenging environments including in conflict-affected countries.
