Krishna Neupane

RESUME Neupane, Krishna Chandra was born in April 28, 1962 at Changunarayan Municipality -3 (previously Jhoukhel VDC- 4) Bhaktapur, Nepal. He has two master degrees (MA Sociology in 2002 and MBA in 1989). He was from the lower middle class but educated family and school was completed earlier with graded student performance. He was civil staff of Government of Nepal for 5 years in early days ( April 1984- December 1989) and he introduced himself with developmental world joining United Nations Volunteers program in December 1989 and served two years with local community in Republic Indonesia (Kachamatan Pangesia, Kulonprogo Yogyakarta). his involvement with Karang Taruna and Wisma Wanita for life skill development and income generating programs to the mothers group for their economic self reliance was commendable when Trickle Up Program of USA recognised him as best community organiser and champion for enterprise zoning with TuP Grant that backward families.
