I am an international development professional with over 20 years of experience in overseeing program operations including procurement, finance, HR, and grants & contracts. Management of international program has always been part of my job and I feel comfortable being in this role. I am successful in providing leadership and support in developing operational policies and streamlining procedures including grants and contracts management, procurement, costs and pricing, Human Resources, coordination of security services, insurances and program support.

I am successful in providing management oversight and support to large and complex programs. During my previous works, I have gained practical experience in country program operations. I am highly organized and feel comfortable with multi-tasking and working in fast paced environment. My skills and experience have been refined in problem solving including negotiation and conflict resolution. I am successful in team building and collaborative efforts among the teams.
