Kristina M. I have shaped health strategy and financing in over 20 countries, leading initiatives with USAID, the United Nations Foundation, the Asian Development Bank, and implementing partners like Palladium. I bring a rare combination of strategic vision and operational acumen, having directed large-scale initiatives on primary health care (PHC), pandemic response, universal health coverage (UHC), and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
