I have over 20 years of proving expertly level experience in ICT Project Management. I am presently a UN Volunteer serving with the UN Mission in South Sudan. Before this opportunity, I managed several international donors funded projects in Liberia for the public sector. I managed the SIGTAS and ASYCUDA (Domestic Tax and Customs Systems) ICT projects for the Liberia Revenue Authority, leading a team of 17 professional staff members. I managed the US Government funded Millennium Challenge Account – Liberia (MCA-L) ICT Programs, a five-year project. I managed the World Bank ICT Project at the Liberia Land Authority, strengthening the ICT culture of the institution for the digitization of the institution’s processes and data. I have also led the USAID and World Bank Land Digitization Projects through the Center for National Documents records and Archives, managed the UNDP ICT Infrastructure project at the Liberia Institute for Statistics and Geo-information services, building the institution’s ICT capacity designing, implementing, and managing Windows Active Directory and the platform for the digitization of the census and other national data. I led the Oxfam GB Liberia ICT Project and managed the system for five years meeting global standards My skills and attributes also include working with project framework, relevant documentations, assessing the pros and cons of ICT projects lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. I am hardworking, dedicated and a loyal person who is determined and committed to achieving ICT milestones, particularly in collaboration with ICT Projects’ team with members with similar determination and commitment to meeting project goals based on timescale.
