Laura Baringer is an international gender, public health and organizational development professional with program management, research and business experience in the US, Europe, Africa and Latin America. Over the past 15 years, she has developed expertise in maternal and reproductive health, gender, strategic planning and board development, training and facilitation, organizational development and monitoring and evaluation. Laura currently works for Girl Effect, supporting Gender and SRH technical work and is the Project Lead for Girls Connect - Girl Effect's innovative IVR platform.
