Laura Francica

Mrs. Francica has over ten years of experience including strategic communications, data collection and management, and market analysis. Prior to her current role with Booz Allen Hamilton, Mrs. Francica supported public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Mrs. Francica has a diverse background and effectively communicates with a wide range of stakeholders. Mrs. Francica has a master’s degree in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh with interests in poverty alleviation, human rights issues, and East Africa. Her extensive overseas experience that has contributed to her strong problem-solving skills, strategic communication, and skill in cross-cultural collaboration. She has planned and run focus groups and interviews, to include analysis and reporting, across several organizations. Mrs. Francica’s overseas experiences include consulting for a non-profit to increase financial flow between revenue-making projects; authoring articles for an organization’s regional letter newsletter, reaching across Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania; writing reports on conferences, posting them to the organization’s blog with stakeholders across the globe; and creating materials for and facilitating trainings. Mrs. Francica is proficient in French and is knowledgeable in current US development and USG policies.
