Experienced climate resilience and sustainability expert with over a decade of experience in climate adaptation, environmental and social safeguards (ESS), sustainable agriculture and ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA). Skilled in climate risk assessments, policy advisory, nature-based solutions (NbS) and integrated land and water resource management. Proven expertise in leading community-based adaptation (CBA), rural development and climate-smart agriculture initiatives. Strong background in developing and implementing donor-funded projects and conducting climate vulnerability assessments, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) and resilience planning. Extensive experience in program design, multi-stakeholder engagement, and knowledge dissemination for governments, multilateral organizations, and NGOs. Passionate about bridging research and practice to drive climate finance, sustainable livelihoods, and policy implementation at the intersection of climate change, food security and biodiversity conservation.
