I am a seasoned professional social development specialist with 14 years of experience in various technical fields, including 6 years of Rights based Programme designing; business development; grants management; managing & evaluating various innovations including Social Behavior Change Communications, Education, ECD and Public Health Programs that aims at improving HIV case finding and linkage to care, retention in HIV care and treatment rights, Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT), Early Infant Diagnosis (EID), nutrition, HIV/AIDs Programs targeting Adolescent Girls & Young Women (AGYW), men, social research, and HIV care and treatment services in Malawi. I also have 8 years of providing technical leadership, strategy development, management of human resource, Finance & Administration, policy development, logistics, security, partnership & collaboration. He led a Team of professionals in Johns Hopkins University under PEPFAR/USAID funded Activity that developed and provided strategic leadership for the implementation of Social & behavior change communications. He also led a Team of professionals that developed technical and strategic partnership guidelines for the mobilization and continued engagement of civic organizations, government departments and community structures for the coordination and strengthening for the capacity of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Faith Based Organizations (FBOs) to provide and monitor services.
