My main skills: - analysis of social and gender issues with consideration for environmental and social risks. These skills include the development of instruments to measure and manage environmental and social impacts and survey the affordability and willingness to pay for social services. - provide the public administration with technical-political management skills, through the training and by technical support and advice. - contribute to the public servants being able to understand, analyze and act with ethics and excellence in public institutions and to problematize their challenges in promoting the social, political and economic development of the country.
