(Relevant to the project) • I worked over 19 years as specialist/senior expert in many technical assistance, capacity-building activities including for people under risk, policy advice on social protection ,education systems / reforms, infrastructures activities and transports, environment and climate change, business development, in researching and providing technical advice on public sector change management initiatives, good knowledge of EU,World Bank programmes, especially in programme of socio- economic projects with infrastructures activities; significant experience in the TA of major infrastructure projects as consultant; Familiarity with financial and business administration; Experience with application of international standard bidding documents and conditions of contract; experience of European Investment Bank in the last projects. • More than 15 years experience in provided advice on the preparation/management of grant schemes under Phare, EU provided advice in developing appropriate procedural, administrative and budgeting mechanisms to ensure full financial sustainability of the grants developed;provided advice on the contract management of grant schemes; • Experience in financial management EU project funds, EU funded project supporting civil society; guidance and support and management training to the Grant awarded Beneficiaries(public institutes in partnership with private companies/NGOs-CSOs) in EC project/contract management, grant schemes- Project Cycle Management, capacity development;
