Lina is a professional who throughout her 22+ years of experience, directly worked with more than 10,000 youth, Women, entrepreneurs, refugees and professionals in USA, MENA and GCC regions. She led effective teams delivering high impact projects and led community empowerment, cohesion and psychosocial programs addressing local communities and vulnerable groups. Moreover, provided entrepreneurship support, job readiness programs and developed manuals on entrepreneurship, psychosocial first aid in emergencies, joyful learning and access to job market. She conducted over 500 workshops and training sessions and delivered many inspiring speaking and panel engagements. Lina worked with public, non for profit, UN agencies and the Private sector. She continuously leveraged evidence-based research skills, utilized data and best practices to inform program development and assessment.
