Louis "Louie" Alexander

I am an international development professional supporting low and middle-income countries since my early days with CARE and my first overseas assignment in Ecuador. Since then I have led and supported diverse staff, programs, and organizations worldwide. Over the years, I have gained extensive capabilities in field operations, program design, and organizational management, as well as in business development and alliance-building while also securing new funding. I am grateful that this hugely rewarding and impactful journey has continued to evolve and take on new form, and also afforded me the opportunity to continue to learn from many talented and committed people on this journey.
