• Over 25 years' experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Satellite Remote Sensing with application to Asset Management and Ecosystems Engineering (water, land and climate). Excellent state-of-the-art data collection and analytical skills (using dGPS, tablet/phone and drone technology), combined with the ability to aggregate results during short missions; Extended experience functional and technical design and development of spatial asset information systems and databases - and providing technical capacity and analysis products to inform decision-making. • Excellent technical knowledge of GIS, database and web-server software including major commercial (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online) and open source software packages (QGIS, GRASS, GeoServer), and programming environments (Python, VBA, C#). Extensive GIS and data analysis training experience. • Extensive experience of all aspects of data collection GPS/GNSS data collection and differential corrections for GIS data collection and field surveys with high accuracy using Drones. Proven experience in the production of agricultural and land use/land cover maps assisted by field surveys. Production of Topographic data and Digital Elevation Models (DEM) from topographic survey, LiDAR survey, contours and cross-section data. • Clients include donor-funded multi-sectoral development projects, government institutions, international agencies, commercial companies, higher education institutions and research institutions. 13.
