Luca Petrarulo is an experienced and multilingual Consultant and Team Leader with 18 years of experience in international environmental projects and research. His technical expertise is multi-disciplinary and focuses on climate change (mitigation, adaptation, and climate finance), renewable energy, transport, environment and sustainable development (e.g. fisheries, forestry / REDD+, agriculture, land-based natural resources), governance and aid effectiveness (e.g. harmonisation of donor interventions, regional and international cooperation), and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Luca is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and has proficiently worked on projects funded by a variety of donors, including the EU, DFID/FCDO, GIZ, the World Bank, AFD, Expertise France, the Mitigation Action Facility/NAMA Facility, CDKN, and C40.
