Dr. Rodriguez is a professional with over 15 years of experience as staff and consultant of international organizations (CGIAR, CSIRO, FAO, UNEP, UNDP), working on integrated climate change, agriculture, forestry and energy initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. He has strong analytical and managerial skills and track record providing technical, strategic and policy advice to multilateral organizations, governments, NGOs and private sector on climate finance, GHG mitigation/Carbon Accounting, climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction, circular economy and SDGs e.g. food/energy security, poverty alleviation.
