Since the 90's, I have participated in relevant managing public roles in Transportation, W.A.S.H., Environmental projects, including Prevention and Disaster Risk Management in Venezuela (North of South America), and close to their neighbors Colombia, Brazil, Guyana and the Caribbean. Most of them financed by federal and M.D.B.'s ( even grants & loans to up US $ 1 billion for specific projects). Knowledgest of the procedures of Inter-American Development Bank (I.D.B.), World Bank (W.B.), the Development Bank of Latin America (C.A.F.), with emphasis on contracting according to F.I.D.I.C. In addition, has been part of high-level teams in tenders with strong commercial implications. Demonstrated ability to manage technical and administrative staff as well as to interact with stakeholders and donors.
