I am a technology-oriented professional with over 5 years of experience providing technical assistance in diverse areas of information technology. I have diverse experience in performance tuning, maintaining IT Systems, tech governance, advising in technical analysis to enhance service improvement, and supporting information technology teams to ensure optimal performance of IT systems and ultimate client satisfaction. Having worked with ABNO Softwares International Limited, I have practiced my excellent skills in change management, project management of IT systems, infrastructure implementations and upgrades, and demonstrated experience in improving IT service delivery to meet the increasing demands of transforming into a digital organization.
