MANIRAGUHA Alphonse

I am self motivated candidate with more than 10 years of working experience in different organizations in Rwanda. 1. Currently I am Delegated Water Management Officer in Water and Sanitation Corporation ltd (WASAC Ltd) where I work with internal and external partners (Districts, Private Operators, Development partners in water and Sanitation and Government) to ensure delegated water supply services are sustainable, remain attract and extendable to all rural and remote areas. using Public Private Partnership(PPP approach) 2. I worked as Billing Officer in Energy Water and Sanitation Authority(EWSA) for 6 years where I was responsible for the billing of water and electricity customers of the company and ensure customer-billing details and meter data are accurately updated and maintained in customer management system, investigate and follow up missing or conflicting billing and meter data, Carry out duties in accordance with power and water’s safety, environment and quality policies and promote a high standard of quality customer service including timely response to all customers complaints and inquiries including backup and support for front counter and call Center operations. 3. I worked also as Vision 2020 Umurenge Program Manager in LODA for 2 years where I used to work with different stakeholders to handle issues related to micro project done by local communities, supervise public works activities and monitor direct support beneficiaries to eradicate extreme poverty among Rwandans. 4. And finally I was a teacher of Accounting , Management and Economics courses in different secondary schools in Rwanda for 3 years.
