I am an International development practioner working for about 25 years in Asia and the Pacific. My portfolio of work includes program design and development, project management, training and capacity building, research and evaluation. I have worked in senior advisory/management positions in bilateral and multilateral programs, consultancies for donors and national governments in Asian and Pacific countries. They include for Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade-Australia (DFAT), World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and National Governments in the region. I have a PhD Degree in Social Anthropology from India and pursued advanced research as a visiting scholar in the Department of Economics, KU Leuven in Belgium during 2000-2002. I also pursued a career advancement study at The Evaluators’ Institute in Washington DC during 2017.
