Manoj has more than 24 years’ of development management experience including senior advisory positions in bilateral and multi-lateral programs of Asian Development Bank (ADB), Department for International Development (DFID), Danish International Development Assistance (DANIDA) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) on new approaches and modalities for infrastructure development, appreciation of project finance structures and their application to infrastructure projects. He has also proven experience of providing technical and hand-holding support to various governments and urban local bodies (ULBs) in private sector participation for infrastructure development; advisory support for policy development, strategic planning, program co-ordination involving multiple stakeholders and program monitoring and evaluation.
