Thirty years of experience working on public health, education and development issues focus on Monitoring and Evaluation. I have experience directing and management Health, Education and Develop programs/projects at regional level. Technical and administrative skills for design, development, evaluation/monitoring and applied social investigation focus on HIV/AIDS, Reproductive Health and development. I have knowledge and skills in design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative studies, preventive medicine, studies of community development base, training people and designing of educational materials. I have also knowledge and skills in design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of Public Policies.
