Marta Madeira

Marta is a Human Resources Development Specialist and a Director and Owner of ATOS, Lda (www.atoslda.com), a Mozambican consultancy firm that offers solutions in Human Resources Management and development, including recruitment and selection, talent management, outsourcing of permanent and temporary personnel, and human resources administration.

Marta has a proven track record in the design and implementation of HR strategies and policies, recruitment and selection of national and international staff, organizational design, performance management talent and career management, coaching and mentoring. Her work experience spans over 20 years, mostly in international organizations such as The British Council, The World Bank, UN, BHP Billiton and SNV – Netherlands Development Organization. Marta is also a board members of Malonda Foundation (www.malonda.co.mz), an organization geared to promote investment in Niassa Province.

Marta holds a Master degree in Human Resources Management and Development for International Management from the University of Manchester, UK; a BSc (Hon) in Organizational Psychology and a BSc in General Psychology from Apolitécnica, Mozambique. She is a trained trainer and speaks fluently English and Portuguese
