Technology Projects, Management & Leadership: as an industry leader in digital data solutions for health and development, Martin has provided technical leadership, business development, and technical project management using Agile/SCRUM methodology. Martin is familiar with domains of Strategic Information, MERL & Data Visualization for Project Information systems. Martin has supported in roles such as supervision, staff recruitment, and financial monitoring and controls; and stakeholder relationship management. ICT, Technology, and Systems: more than 18 years working with System Administration, Networks; GIS (ArcGIS, Q-GIS); Relational Databases (SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL), and Programming Languages (HTML, PHP, XML, JScript). Digital Health systems including HMIS, Laboratory Systems, EMRs, and HR systems built on global Digital Goods like CommCare, KoboToolBox, OpenMRS, iHRIS, and DHIS2. ICT4D and Digital Health: more than 10 years in multi-national health information systems work in the DHIS2 Community; with leading implementers including USAID, BAO Systems, and HISP country programs in multiple geographies like Afghanistan, Botswana, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Nigeria, Norway, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and United States of America.
