• More than Seven years’ experience with various organizations as employee. • Have excellent skill on problem identification, solving and decision making through strong leadership. • Have strong and in-depth knowledge as well as good command over Training and Capacity Development of educational, development and microfinance organizations. • Have ability to provide overall staff guidance, development through coaching, mentoring, supervision and team management. • Have practical experience in designing, organizing, and evaluating training programs including training need assessment, TOT and different types of training interventions. • Have excellent skill on problem identification, solving and decision making through strong leadership. • Have excellent interpersonal relationship skill and liaison among colleagues, counterparts and beneficiaries.
