Mary is an international Research Survey/ Evaluation consultant with over twenty (20) years’ experience in Social/Economic research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Market research. Specifically; • Multilateral Development Bank and Multi-Financial Institution Project Experience: Good experience working on IFC/World Bank and MCC/MIDA projects • Survey Expertise: Knowledgeable in quantitative, qualitative and desk research both at national and international level. Experience cut-across Sub-Sahara countries. Hold a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing and a Degree in Statistics. • Questionnaire design: In-depth understanding in designing written and verbal questions to provide accurate, relevant and coherent responses to attain the research objectives. • Project Management: Results-driven manager with an excellent mix of leadership and technical expertise in delivering high-impact survey. Supervise teams of more than fifty field and technical personnel. Develops and execute technical and financial proposals for survey projects with good project planning using the Gantt charts. • Analysis Knowledge: In depth knowledge and understanding in using; SPSS, QPSMR, Stat, Stat box, Amado, Harvard Graphics, PowerPoint, MS-Words, MS Excel, with a programming knowledge. She has basic knowledge in using CsPro, Stata, Nvivo and Atlas. • Leadership & Capacity Building: Demonstrated leadership competencies acquired from over a decade of experience. First-hand experience in using a participatory approach in facilitating meetings and training • Data Collection & Processing Staff Management: Directly managed 2-5 technical staff and indirectly up to 170 field staff with the data processing staff. She is also familiar in using the following data collection techniques: PAPI, CATI, CAPI, WASI, and WAPI
