Mary Packard-Winkler

I am a public health and development professional with over twenty years of experience in project design, coordination, and evaluation, along with training and capacity development. With a PhD in anthropology, I specialize in social and behavior change, and I design and conduct qualitative research. I am a gifted trainer who facilitates participatory learning experiences resulting in sustainable, practical skills and practical knowledge. I focus on performance metrics and quality improvement to help organizations enhance their effectiveness. I have lived and worked in several countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and am currently based in South Africa.
