I am an experienced leader of multidisciplinary healthcare teams, with a proven track record in project management, capacity building, community development and education. I have worked in a diverse range of healthcare settings, and implemented sustainable change by engaging with local staff and improving education. This has involved working with government departments and other NGOs, creating training programs, and liaising with donors. I am driven by a desire to reduce inequalities and improve healthcare systems in the areas that need it most. Empowering the individuals I have worked with to grow into passionate, competent and autonomous healthcare providers is one of my greatest personal and professional achievements.
