Summary

Most recently the Ghana-based Chief of Party for the USAID/OTI West Africa Littorals Regional Initiative program. An experienced compliance officer, operations/logistics manager, grants manager, and political analyst, specializing in post-conflict and emergency field operations, with over 16 years spent living and/or working in Central/Eastern Europe, MENA, West Africa, the Sahel, East Africa, and the Caribbean. Was previously the senior manager on ten field projects for USAID and the State Department, including three major civil society/stabilization grant projects in Morocco, DRC and Lebanon, as well as the Operations Manager/DCOP for the OTI/LCRI project in Lebanon. Provided administrative and contractual oversight to projects while managing their grant programs and training staff and partners in USAID grant procedures, finance, procurement, and administration, monitoring & evaluation. Experience working with USAID as well as the U.S. Departments of State and Defense. In addition to native English, is fluent in French.
